How your feedback helped shape Anticipate London 2024
Following on from the 2023 events (IFSEC, Safety & Health Expo, Facilities Show & FIREX), we reviewed all exhibitor feedback and suggestions, and took them on board as part of our future planning.
Below you'll find just some of the improvements we’re implementing at Anticipate London, a new event combining IFSEC, FIREX, Safety & Health Expo and Facilities Show, which takes place this December at ExCeL London.
CONSIDERED CHANGES WITH A BIG IMPACT
How are you increasing the number of visitors to my stand?
- Redesigned floorplan to spread footfall more evenly across all areas
- Moved dates outside of congested event period when visitors have more time - so greater overall footfall
- Bringing event into single hall for first time increasing flow
- Added new features and invested more into high-level content to increase overall attendance
How are you improving the look and feel of the show?
- Reintroducing carpet throughout the halls. We are now working with suppliers to reintroduce carpet throughout the show which fulfils both the aesthetic requirements AND is fully recyclable so can be reused after the event.
How can you reduce exhibitors' expenditure?
- New affordable "Show Ready" turnkey stand packages - better value and more sustainable
- Early December dates also allow for savings on accommodation as hotel rates are lower
- New sponsored content packages for non-exhibiting brands
- Tech startup grants for innovative small companies
What are the benefits of the early December show dates?
- Research confirms that new December timeline is better for visitors, increasing the likelihood of attending
- Fewer other events conjesting the market and before the Christmas period gets into full swing
- Added several additional industry events into the same timeframe
- Security & Fire Excellence Awards on Dec 2nd
- FM/Property themed awards on the Tuesday evening
- Co-locating two other high level conferences at the ExCel for both fire safety and H&S audiences
How is the event experience improving for exhibitors?
- "Show Ready" packages require minimum physical exhibitor input, including no need to breakdown stands
- Series of webinars throughout the year aimed at helping exhibitors maximise their participation
- Dedicated customer service team to proactively assist exhibitors
