DOING YOUR BIT TO HELP

FOR VISITORS

Bring a refillable water bottle to save plastic.

Support our charity partners by donating here - Mind, Mates In Mind

Recycle your waste onsite and in your hotel where possible.

Consider opting for vegetarian and vegan food options and avoid food waste.

Only take the give-aways or brochures you need and will use, consider if there are digital alternatives.

Consider how you'll get to the event and if you can avoid air travel or take lower carbon transport.

FOR EXHIBITORS

Ensure your stand can be reused by either yourself or by your contractors.

Optimise your travel by consolidating your shipments and choosing logistic companies with strong sustainability credentials.

Think carefully about handouts, reduce them by going digital and source recycled, sustainably certified

BETTER STANDS

Better Stands is our landmark campaign to reduce the waste that stands and booths at exhibitions can create. We are working with customers to phase out all disposable stands at our EMEA events by 2024.

Plus, we are looking to expand this initiative to other regions and by co-ordinating with our peers and partners in the industry.

Better Stands also shows how sustainable business can be better business too. Reusable structures not only reduce waste but they can reduce the time it takes to construct and take down stands, reduce the cost of design and construction and allow for investment in higher quality and more successful stands.
